The next study I want to write fits really well with the thankfulness theme we often find in November, so I’m going to wait a few weeks to publish it. In the meantime, I’m going to highlight a handful of past Grounded in the Bible studies that have the most views—the “best of,” so to speak. Then we’ll pick up a new study again in November, looking at the theme of “delight” in the Bible.
Over the past 4 1/2 years of writing Grounded in the Bible, I’ve accumulated a library of over 400 posts, with at least half of those being Bible study posts. And considering that almost half of my subscribers have joined in the last year, there are probably a lot of studies that you haven’t read yet. This is your chance to read the most popular ones! I’ll highlight any particular lesson in the selected studies that has over 1,000 views.
Blameless Word Study
As my very first multi-week study, I looked at the word “blameless” throughout the Bible. Who does the Bible call blameless, and what does it really mean to be blameless? Considering the first post went out to only 25 of you, over the years this study has racked up quite a few views.
This study spanned 6 weeks:
Part 1: Who Does the Bible Call Blameless? (1.40k views)
Part 2: Hebrew/Greek Word Study (2.09k views)
Part 3: Characteristics of Those Who Are Blameless (3.74k views)
Part 4: Rewards for Those Who Are Blameless
Part 5: Jesus as the Ultimate One Who Is Blameless
Honestly, that last one is the most important one, and it has the least views! Let’s give it the attention it deserves.
Come back next week as we look at my most-viewed study—by far!
